The company says the care instruction label on its blankets and bibs can detach, causing a potential choking hazard for kids.
The products were sold online and in boutique stores nationwide from February 2021 through September.
Customers are urged to remove the tags completely or return the item for a full refund.
Little Sleepies says while it has received two reports of the label becoming detached, no injuries have been reported.
