Police are looking into how thousands of dollars went missing from a Little League in Stony Point.

Officials at the Little League say that when they pored over their books, there were questionable transactions that resulted in thousands of dollars coming up missing.

The money the Little Leaguers raise goes toward paying for uniforms, field maintenance and equipment. Though the kids may have enough to start the season, they say finishing out the season is unlikely unless they can start fundraising again.
