A Putnam County drug dealer will spend the rest of his life in prison after a deadly dispute.
Federal prosecutors say Dwayne Pulliam strangled Lori Lynn Campbell inside his Carmel home after accusing her of stealing crack.
The killing happened four years ago.
Authorities say Campbell’s body was later found in North Carolina.
Pulliam was already on parole for a 1999 murder at the time of the killing.
He was also convicted on federal drug charges connected to the case.
