A Liberty man was arrested for menacing and criminal possession of a gun.
Liberty police say they responded to Spring Street on Friday following reports of a man threatening someone with a gun during an argument.
Police say the man then took off in a black Toyota and was later identified as 44-year-old Anthony Jackson.
Jackson was arraigned and is being held in Sullivan County jail without bail.
