LEGOLAND New York has selected Jack Mohan, a Port Jervis native, as its new Model Builder after a nationwide search.

Mohan, who has been building with LEGO bricks since he was 3 or 4 years old, will assist in designing, building, and installing over 15,000 LEGO models made from more than 30 million bricks.

He was chosen during the final Brick Factor Model Builder competition at LEGOLAND earlier this month.

Mohan will work at the newly opened Model Builder Experience, where guests can get an up-close view of the model-building process.
