Law enforcement agencies across the Hudson Valley are increasing patrols over the holiday weekend.

News 12 is told state troopers and other law enforcement officers will be cracking down on drunken driving and traffic infractions.

Troopers will conduct sobriety checkpoints along with speeding and seat-belt enforcement details.

Those checkpoints start Saturday and will last through Tuesday.
