Larchmont reportedly blocks drive-thru Dunkin' Donuts
Larchmont is reportedly blocking the development of a drive-thru Dunkin' Donuts right near the village train station.
The coffee shop would be at the site of the old Bank of America building at 1890 Palmer Ave.
Residents are steaming over the move, partly because they say the drive-thru would be greatly convenient. Some residents also say there are many vacancies in town and it wouldn't hurt to have another tenant.
The village reportedly claims that putting a Dunkin' Donuts at that location would have a significant impact on traffic.
An official told News 12 that the situation is a "pending process."
