A Kingston man has pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl and conspiracy charges, according to the Ulster County district attorney.

An investigation and search warrant uncovered fentanyl and a firearm at 63 Fairview Ave. in Kingston, leading to the indictment of 49-year-old Peter Bonavita.

The conspiracy charges stem from a separate investigation which identified Bonavita as one of eleven people involved in drug trafficking in Ulster County in 2023.

Bonavita is set to be sentenced on May 4.
