Some kids in Carmel had some fun this weekend by making a mess.
It was part of Saturday's sixth annual Muddy Puddles Mess Fest.
The event was complete with a mud pit and a giant food fight.
The festival was put on to raise money for the Ty Lois Campbell Foundation for pediatric cancer.
The foundation wanted to remind parents to let kids be kids in honor of those who can't.
