Children's ride derails at Waterfront Park in Dobbs Ferry; no injuries

Police say all the rides have been shut down until a full inspection can be conducted.

Dobbs Ferry police say there were no injuries when a ride derailed Thursday at Waterfront Park's Fourth of July celebrations in Dobbs Ferry.
News 12 is told there was a loud bang Thursday afternoon as people saw the children's roller coaster partially go off the track. Power was cut to the ride, and the people on board were helped off.
Police say all the rides have been shut down until a full inspection can be conducted.
