A state Supreme Court judge has upheld Clarkstown's redistricting map.
Two current town board members challenged it, saying the changes would force then to run against each other if they run for reelection.
The judge denied Council Members Patrick Carroll and Frank Borelli's claims, and also denied a request to redraw a new map.
Carroll and Borelli voted against changing the town's current term limit law.
