The COVID-19 pandemic has hit our schools hard and has canceled special events like foreign field trips.

But some Westchester students are creatively overcoming that obstacle.

Students from Iona Prep in New Rochelle are participating in the school's annual Christian service trip to Peru – virtually this year.

One of Iona's brothers was even on site in Peru. He helped the students connect with people there helped by the service project on Zoom.
