News 12's Blaise Gomez reports that dangerous driving conditions likely contributed to a number of accidents today across Orange County.
A car plunged into a pond at 1285 Lakes Road in Monroe around 10 a.m. Two people inside the car were unhurt and managed to get out on their own. They refused medical attention, according to the police chief.
Other incidents included a crash on Hoyt Road in Warwick where at least one person was injured, a tractor-trailer jackknifing on I-84 in the Newburgh area and several spinouts across the region.
