The parents of a missing Sullivan County woman are renewing their calls for information ahead of the seventh anniversary of her disappearance.
Shaniece Harris, 31, of Rock Hill, was headed to a friend’s house when she vanished on Memorial Day in 2017.
Harris’ car was found abandoned days later not far from where she lived.
On Monday, her parents stood alongside law enforcement and rescue volunteers from Hope Alive 845 to ask for the public’s help to solve the case.
“Put yourself in a parent’s position who has to wake up every single day and not know where their child is,” says Elvia Crump, Harris’ mother. “That she just walked out and disappeared. I really, truly need people’s information. I need your help.”
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Harris is described as 5’ 8” and 260 pounds. She has a tattoo on her right forehand that reads “Sparks” and a tattoo on her left arm of hands folded in prayer that reads “Rest in Peace.”
