A Hudson Valley composer is making music in a unique way.
Musician Joseph Bertolozzi showed the Mount Saint Mary's "Speaker Series" class how he used sounds from the Mid-Hudson Bridge to make his latest recording.
Bertolozzi, who lives in Beacon, says his original idea was to use the Eiffel Tower in Paris but that he opted to stay close to home.
"I quickly realized I didn't speak French or have any contacts in Paris, so I thought can I do this domestically," Bertolozzi told News 12.
Some of his finished work can be heard on Berolozzi's website.
