14h agoThe Hutchinson River Parkway has reopened after the removal of a tree early Monday morning.
The tree had fallen onto a southbound lane in New Rochelle.
A loader was brought in to remove the tree in time for the morning commute as traffic is now flowing without any delays on the parkway.
