Two families who fled New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina and settled in White Plains are heading back to the Big Easy on Sunday. For the past nine months, Stacey Addison and Flo Snow have called White Plains home. Now they say they are looking forward to moving their families back. Addison says she?s been missing the food and weather and believes the cost of living won?t be as expensive. Snow says she?s worried about seeing the destruction in her hometown. Officials say there is progress. Habitat for Humanity of Westchester helped with some of the repairs on Addison?s New Orleans home. Executive Director Jim Killoran says Habitat will continue to help Katrina survivors.
