Hundreds of people in Croton are still without power.
The sound of generators could be heard all over the neighborhood near Windsor Road and Oak Place.
One neighbor tells News 12 he's been without power since Isaias barreled through last Tuesday.
The neighbor says he's been getting the run-around from Con Edison about when the lights will be back on.
Some Con Ed contractors were seen in the Croton neighborhood, and residents hope that's a sign the lights will be back on soon.
Con Edison says crews have restored 98% of customers affected by the tropical storm.

It says customers who remain out of power should use the outage map on its website to find their specific estimated restoration time.
