Greenburgh residents lined the sidewalks at Town Hall Sunday in order to cast their ballots on the final day of early voting before Election Day.
Seventeen early polling location will be open Sunday in Westchester County. Four locations will also be open in Rockland County.
The sites have extended their hours. Rockland County made the change after a New York Civil Liberties Union attorney filed a lawsuit Friday to widen the window for early voting.
Greenburgh officials provided food and live music to help residents with the long wait.
Polls are open today in Rockland County from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They open in Westchester at 12 p.m. and stay open until 6 p.m.
This is New York's first time doing early voting during a general election.
