Two Hudson Valley men are facing charges for their roles in a fight between two teens.
Police say Evad Vucetovic, of Mahopac, instructed the teens to engage in a physical fight at the Somers Commons.
Officers say Alban Gjevukaj, of Somers, then pulled a sweatshirt over one of the teens' heads.
Both men were arraigned in Somers Town Court and released.
The teens were not seriously injured.
