Hudson Valley drama students selected for prestigious Roger Rees Awards

High schoolers will have the unique opportunity to shadow Broadway stars throughout the weekend before the winners are announced on Sunday.

Several drama students from the Hudson Valley region have been chosen to participate in a significant event: competing for the Roger Rees Awards at John Jay College.
High schoolers will have the unique opportunity to shadow Broadway stars throughout the weekend before the winners are announced on Sunday.
Only two talented teens will be selected to represent the state in the national High School Musical Theatre competition, known as the Jimmy Awards.
Joining them in the competition are students from Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties.
