Hudson Valley bids final farewell to dedicated first responder

Funeral services will be held today for a Hudson Valley first responder. 
Joe McTernan was the former chief of the South Orangetown Ambulance Corps.
He passed suddenly at the age of 44 after serving communities across the Hudson Valley and western New York for more than 20 years.
Mass will be held this morning at Our Lady of the Sacred heart Church in Tappan starting at 10:30.
A burial service will follow immediately after at the Rockland Cemetery in Sparkill.
