House Ethics Committee declines investigation into Rep. Jamaal Bowman

The House Ethics Committee opted not to probe Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-16th District) after his guilty plea for pulling a fire alarm in a House office building last month.
The committee didn't establish an investigative subcommittee despite Bowman's plea on a misdemeanor charge.
Surveillance footage captured Bowman pulling the alarm just before a scheduled House vote on a government funding bill.
