A driver knocked over a utility pole and fled the scene in Yonkers overnight.
Police say they are searching a hit-and-run driver who smashed into the pole and knocked down numerous wires on Saw Mill River Road and Odell Avenue around 3 a.m. today.
The Odell Avenue bridge was closed for hours until Con Ed made necessary repairs.
The bridge is back open this morning.
