A historic landmark in Brewster is getting a major upgrade.
The Southeast Old Town Hall, built in 1896, is set for a renovation project estimated at more than $4 million.
The building's theater, which seats 325 people, had no heat until last year and still lacks air conditioning.
The Cultural Arts Coalition plans to install a new HVAC system and add an elevator to improve accessibility.
The goal is to create "one that is affordable for the citizens to enjoy and for the local artists to take part in but also for sustainable operations," according to the group.
