Driving Monday morning was frustrating for people all across Westchester, as Henri left behind flooded parkways and closed roads.
The Saw Mill River Parkway near the Executive Boulevard exit in Yonkers was totally under water, making it impossible for drivers to get around.
At one point, a section of the Saw Mill River Parkway was closed due to flooding - both north and southbound from Lawrence Street up to Palmer Road and down to Lockwood Avenue.
The flood-prone section of the roadway from the County Center in White Plains to the Sprain split was closed in both directions at around 3 p.m. Sunday.
