Heartbroken friends and family gathered in Greenburgh Thursday to say goodbye to a man who died with three friends in a fiery car crash.
Port Chester resident Jamar Frazier, 23, died on the day he was supposed to become a father. Frazier was out celebrating his impending fatherhood with three close friends in Harlem Sunday. Police say the car they were in was traveling at a high rate of speed on I-95 in the Bronx when it hit a divider, flipped and burst into flames. The driver, Anthony Rivera, was ejected from the vehicle. Frazier and the two others were trapped when the car burst into flames.
Mourners at Frazier?s childhood church, Christ Temple, remembered him as a good man who will be truly missed. One person was so overcome with grief, she had to be taken away in an ambulance.
