The man charged in the 2019 Hanukkah stabbings in Monsey will remain in a psychiatric facility and not face a judge for almost a year.
Grafton Thomas was found incompetent to stand trial on murder and attempted murder charges last year.
He did not appear in Rockland County Court Wednesday, and a hearing is now delayed until Dec. 6.
Thomas faces federal charges, and a federal judge ruled that Thomas does not understand the charges against him.
She has asked for an update on Thomas' status by the end of March.
