Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
Authorities in Armonk are investigating the damage to the iconic North Castle Eagle sign. Town officials believe the sign, no longer standing, was intentionally damaged. While initially presumed to have fallen on Dec. 11, closer inspection revealed signs of deliberate damage. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police at (914) 273-9500.
A driver is recovering after a serious rollover accident in Woodbury. Reports indicate the driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.  Officials are cautioning residents about the risk of black ice on major routes following the recent storm and plummeting temperatures.
