Police are searching for a suspect in a stabbing that occurred Wednesday morning near Grand Street. The victim, whose identity has not been released, is in critical condition. A military mortar shell was discovered Wednesday while a resident was clearing property in Philipstown, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said.
