Enoch Lowe, of Wallkill, faces charges for conspiring with Damante Stansberry of Middletown in a murder plot against Lowe's neighbor. Stansberry has already pleaded guilty to murder. Lowe is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 1.

Noah McCagg, a Port Jervis resident, receives a 10-year prison term for using a 3-D printer to create untraceable firearms. Investigators discovered multiple such weapons in his possession, lacking serial numbers.

A Chappaqua couple is facing charges in connection with an underage drinking party at their residence. New Castle police responded to reports of the party at 20 Walden Hill in Chappaqua. Two 16-year-old girls were taken to Northern Westchester Hospital for intoxication-related care.
