A Haverstraw man pleaded guilty in a crash last summer that killed a motorcyclist.
Jesus Gomez-Garcia, 21 pleaded guilty this week to criminally negligent homicide, according to the Rockland District Attorney's Office.
He was driving his Honda Accord last August when he ran two stop signs and collided with a motorcycle driven by 38-year-old Gregory Carter, of Haverstraw.
Carter died from his injuries.
Gomez-Garcia is expected to receive a sentence of five years' probation. He will be sentenced in July.
If he violates his probation, he could go to prison for up to four years.
