Seems like the Grinch made an unexpected appearance in Port Jervis! Despite his attempt to steal “Toys for Tots” donations from the police department, authorities shared that he'll be released from custody just in time for his appearance this Sunday!
The whimsical and mischievous spirit of “Whoville Returns to Port” will take place at the Promenade in the historic downtown district this Sunday. From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the event promises an array of activities, including face-painting, games, and an exciting meet-and-greet with the Grinch himself, alongside other beloved Whoville characters.
