The Town of Greenburgh received new funding on Sunday to redevelop zoning in the area.
The $135,000 in funds – via an environmental protection fund smart growth community planning and zoning grant -- will pay for a consultant to assist the town in the preparation of zoning updates to the four corners in Hartsdale.
Some ideas for the redevelopment of the four corners includes mixed-use buildings, pocket parks and plaza spaces.
