Over 7,000 volunteers dedicated their time to place these wreaths, adding a touch of remembrance during the holiday season.
In a gesture of support, Orange and Rockland Utilities contributed a generous sum of $7,000 to aid in facilitating the solemn 14th Annual Wreaths at West Point observance.
