Parents of the 6-year-old grandson of Judy Scheindlin ? known to TV lovers as Judge Judy ? filed a formal police complaint Tuesday alleging the boy was accosted at a New Rochelle day camp.Police say the boy?s parents received a call from someone at the Hudson Country Montessori Camp and School last week. The person told them the camp?s owner had slapped Judge Judy?s grandson in the face, grabbed his arm and refused to release him until two counselors intervened, according to police. The boy is not the only one alleging abuse at the hands of the camp?s owner. Police have confirmed that another child is claiming he was also abused on the same day.Judge Judy went to the New Rochelle police station with her grandson?s parents to file charges. However, police decided not to press charges after learning the camp's 82-year-old owner is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's and suffers from dementia. The owner's family said that from now on he will be kept away from the children.
