Two Rockland County grandparents have been charged with prescription drug trafficking.
Prosecutors say Aniello and Linda Rose Famelico, of Pearl River, illegally sold thousands of prescription narcotics, including Oxycontin and Xanax.
The Rockland County Drug Task Force had received complaints about possible drug dealing near their home on East Crooked Hill Road in the past month.
Investigators say they confiscated 1,900 pills from the couple's home.
News 12 has learned that the 60-year-old suspects were charging at least $25 a pill.
Both are being held at the Rockland County Jail and are due in court on May 17.
They could face 20 years in prison if convicted.
