A woman has been indicted after an alleged confrontation with a group of senior citizens during an ICE protest in Pawling.

Annette Strehle, 52, is accused of punching a woman in the chest and shoving two others to the ground.

Cell phone video shows the alleged incident that happened in January.

A grand jury charged her with three counts of attempted assault, prosecutors say.

She is also facing a criminal mischief charge.
