Governor Kathy Hochul is accused of not being transparent, according to a Times Union review of public records.
The review says the governor used state-issued aircrafts for 45 flights during her first 45 days in office.
The report suggests there could be misuse of taxpayer resources.
Rep. Tom Suozzi took to Twitter to say that he is calling for an investigation into the activity.
The governor’s press secretary says the ethics counsel would take another look at the flights, at Gov. Hochul’s direction.
