Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed stricter gun laws into place for the third day in a row.
This measure will severely restrict those who can carry a gun on school grounds.
The law specifically bans teachers from having guns in class.
It will allow only school resource officers, law enforcement officers, and security guards to carry firearms on campus.
Gov. Cuomo says “The answer to the gun violence epidemic plaguing this country has never been and never will be more guns.”
