Gov. Andrew Cuomo traveled to Israel earlier in the week and spoke exclusively with News 12’s Tara Rosenblum on a wide array of topics.

The governor complimented the country on what it has done in the technology field.

“It really is amazing for a country this small…to become the tech capital of the globe,” says Gov. Cuomo. “And New York has a lot of sophistication, a lot of companies that need that technology. I want to make that marriage on a practical level. They have technology that can actually help us in specific problems.”

The governor spoke about how new technologies would be able to make the city's subway system safer and similar.
