Gov. Cuomo announces bars, restaurants & gyms must close by 10 pm

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says starting Friday, private gatherings will be limited to 10 people, indoor and outdoor. Gyms, bars and restaurants will have a 10 p.m. curfew.
