Most local police departments, including those in Yonkers, Mount Vernon, White Plains, New Rochelle, Clarkstown, Spring Valley, and Westchester County, are back to normal operations. While some departments experienced initial disruptions, their IT departments have worked diligently to restore services.

COMMUTE: Commuters on the rails should experience minimal disruption. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) reports that train and bus services are running as normal. However, some customer information systems remain offline, meaning commuters cannot access train and bus arrival information. The MTA recommends arriving at stations early and listening for announcements from station staff or crew members.

BANKS: Customers may have trouble logging into their accounts, particularly those with international banks. The extent of the impact on Wall Street and stock trading remains unclear and is being investigated.

HOSPITALS: Hospitals in the region are experiencing varying levels of disruption. One nurse indicated that they were unable to access patient information. Attempts to reach Saint John's, White Plains, and Montefiore Nyack hospitals for comment were unsuccessful.
