A fatal crash involving two trucks on the George Washington Bridge this morning disrupted business for the Hunts Point Produce Market.
Workers at the market say they were only able to operate at about 60 percent because of their trucks being delayed on the bridge. Dozens of trucks could not make it to the market for drop-off or pickup, causing a nightmare for food delivery all over the city.
Market workers say deliveries missed today will have to be made up tomorrow.
