Funeral to be held Wednesday for FDNY lieutenant who died of 9/11-related illness

Retired FDNY lieutenant James Burns died last Friday of 9/11-related illness.

Law enforcement officials are mourning the loss of a firefighter who was also a 9/11 first responder and hero. 
Retired FDNY lieutenant James Burns died last Friday of 9/11-related illness. 
The 40-year veteran was born in the Bronx and lived in Monroe. 
The funeral will be held Wednesday at St. Mary's on Goshen Ave in Washingtonville at 10:30 a.m.
