The Village of Sleepy Hollow kicked off its Halloween festivities on Friday with its Frightening Food Truck event.
The event at the Riverwalk Park included live music, food trucks, ice cream, vendors and even a visit from the Headless Horseman.
"A little nervous doing something Friday the 13th 'cause it could be a bad luck day, especially with the weather the way it's been the last couple of weeks. But luckily, we've got good weather, and once the weather cleared, I knew it was going to be a good event," said recreation superintendent Matt Arone.
