Four victims in fatal Palisades Parkway crash identified

Four victims in a fatal crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway have now been identified.
Police say around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, a hired transport van coming from Amscan Warehouse in Chester, New York, flipped while driving over the Rockland County border.
The van contained 12 people. Four died and eight sustained injuries ranging from mild to severe.
The four deceased victims have been identified as George Massey, Jose Luis Romero Munoz, Clara Estrella and Candida Frias. Massey and Luis were both natives of the Bronx.
Five of the injured passengers remain in the hospital.
