Plans are underway to turn the site of a former restaurant into apartments in Newburgh.

The Hurricane Grill and Wings location on Broadway is scheduled to become fifty-eight apartments and over 7,000 square feet of retail space.

Concerns regarding parking have been raised by some neighbors, but the project plans to provide 96 parking spaces, exceeding the city's code requirements by about two dozen spaces.
