It’s always a welcome sign of the approaching holiday season – the choosing of the next Rockefeller Center Christmas tree!
The tree is a 100-foot Norwegian spruce from Oneonta in upstate New York.
Rockefeller Center decided not to reveal the exact location to avoid crowds amid the pandemic.
In the past, the tree has been cut down in front of cameras and large crowds of cheering people.
A scaled-back tree lighting will take place the first week of December.
Last year, the tree was from Orange County.
