A fire damaged the Montefiore Medical Center building in Tarrytown.
The flames sparked at around 2 a.m. inside the building located at 555 South Broadway.
Fire officials say crews found heavy fire coming from an HVAC unit on the roof above the boiler room.
It took crews about 15 minutes to get the flames under control.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
